Nothing better than watching my son learn the game of football and help out with practice.

Getting on the plane and leaving for Indy. I know one thing, the guys and I have prepared hard as we can for this game. Still feeling the sting from last week and looking to move forward in week 2.

It's Wednesday sportsbuzz fans, so you know what that means. It's time to turn the page for Week 2 and begin to install our gameplan to face our next
opponent, the Indianapolis Colts. We got a lot of good work in today. Things went smoothly, which is what you want.

We are taking our time and coming together more as a team. We are focusing on playing the way we know the Browns can play. Executing and firing on all cylinders in all three phases of the game (offense, defense and special teams). One play at a time. We are constantly working on making any corrections needed, so we can put together a complete game and get a win for ourselves,
but more importantly, for the city of Cleveland and our fans.

So Wednesday's down and we'll be back on our grind tomorrow for a Thursday practice.

I'm very excited for tonight's game. As a team, we've only been together for three weeks and this game gives us an opportunity to continue to gel in preparation for the regular season.

It's also another chance for me to show our coaches what I've learned and what I'm capable of doing in this 4-3 defense, which is a switch from the 3-4 that I'm accustomed to. At the end of the day, this is a business and you also want to show the rest of the league, along with your coaches, that you can get it done.

Getting all my reps in as we prepare to take on the Packers this weekend. Almost game time!
