Wow. I want to thank all the fans, players and coaches who voted me to the Pro Bowl. This is a great honor, and its even better that I am joined on the NFC squad by fellow guard, Jahri Evans and the man we protect, Drew Brees.

I've been fortunate in my life and I want to share with kids in need. Especially during the holiday season.

Ok. So I've been getting pats on the back for doing what I'm supposed to do when a DL jumps over the line like last week at Cincy, but I give the credit to Drew Brees.

I'll be training in some way whether we are all here or its our so-called day off. It doesn't matter to me if we win 3-2 or 30-0, a win is a win and if we can string a few together, then watch out.
