With the NFL trade deadline today, Im looking forward to seeing if there will be any "Blockbuster" trades made! I think the Rams got a great deal in Brandon Lloyd. He will really help out a team in need of a playmaker. It will also be interesting to see what happens in Oakland now that J Campbell will be out!

I have two pre-game meals that I always eat! The night before the game at the hotel it's always chicken breast with some lasagna and a big salad, and for dessert, it is always vanilla ice cream with caramel! In the morning before the game; it's alway a ham, mushroom, & cheese omelet with a waffle covered in blueberries!

After just two weeks of the season, if I had to pick the toughest conference I would go with the AFC East. Between the likes of the Pats/Jets/Bills all at 2-0 & all have great QB play, it would be a tough win. I also think a sleeper conference is the NFC East once the season gets in full mode.

Had a great off day so far. QB's were in from 8am-2pm getting a head start on Houston. Went by The Green Fork in Uptown and got some fresh food for the week. Excited to see my parents and friends this weekend!
