What's everybody doing with your training during this lockout? Using local options or going to one of the many training facilities around the country?

I'm down in Florida right now helping with strength training for the Washington Nationals during Spring Training. While sporting Tyler Clippard's jersey, I was approached for multiple autographs and not one swinging dude there would believe I wasn't Tyler Clippard. Me = 305, Clipp = 190
