Noise can't be a factor in this game if we commit to doing what we need to do. We will be prepared for it so its our job to execute on Saturday. I had 2 TD catches when we met the Seahawks in the regular season but they watch film too, so I'm sure both teams will adjust.

You have to be in the post-season before you can advance to a championship. We go to work tomorrow to make the most of this year's opportunity.

It's great to be in a position to help people in need, and there's no better time than at Christmas. Thanks to all who came and donated to my toy drive a few weeks ago. We made a bunch of kids happy.

Last week Courtney Roby was injured so I have been asked, along with Pierre Thomas, to step in and return kicks for us at Baltimore. My plan is to see the hole, hit the hole, and end up in the endzone.

I took to the airwaves last night for the weekly player's show live from Hooters. In this photo is the Saints fan I gave my TD ball to last year in Washington after I made a strip and returned it to the house. It's unbelievable who you meet but it was great meeting this guy who now has part of one of my most memorable plays in the NFL.
