Just finishe filming a segment for the CBS Pregame show. It shows at 11 I think. Make sure to check me out. I looked a lil rough bc they ambushed me right after practice. I got the while mountain man thing goin for me.

I'm so glad preseason is over but I hate seeing guys who have fought so hard to make it get their lifelong dreams taken away from them. I'm in the lockeroom waiting for meetings to start and I've seen some many long faces go around thanking guys for the opportunity and the experience of being a teammate. It just makes me again appreciate this 9 yr journey I've been on in the nfl. There were 2 times where I was really worried about being cut. That was my rookie yr and my 3rd yr in Baltimore when they drafted a fullback, Justin green, to compete with me. Everyone was telling me that no one keeps 2 drafted fullbacks. So on this day years ago I remember feeling like a scared rabbit whenever a staff person came close. So I feel for these young guys but it's a part of the business.

The only thing I hate more than losing is losing on the road. Because u have that long flight home then that long drive to ya house. I didn't get home till 330 this morn. I am gonna relax today. That means movies and massage. Hope your guys enjoy your Sunday because THIS fullback is making it a day of rest.

Not only is carpooling great for the environment but it allows me to beat the traffic in the hov lane and make sure I get to the airport on time so I can not pay this almost 10,000$ fine for being late or missin the plane. Shout out to my neighbor Dunta Robinson for carpooling w me. Now if only these cats could fly. Maybe next year.
