My advice for any young kid that wants to play in NFL is to focus on "now." Do well in school, work hard, push yourself. Don't worry about NFL or college when your in middle school. Focus on being the best student, best football player that you can now, and then put your best foot forward with every new opportunity.

Want to play in the league? Stay humble, push yourself past your limitations and never lose sight of your dream.

A big thanks to all veterans for your service. It was good to see some of you at redskins park today.

What do you think sportsbuzz? I think Bill Cowher will stick with broadcasting until a prime job opens up. I would be surprised if he took a job like Miami.
