Sri Lanka Women vs India Women 3rd T20I | India Women beat Sri Lanka Women by 5 wickets

India Women have beaten Sri Lanka Women in the 3-match T20I series

With the win in this second T20I, the series is now in the bag for the Indians. The third match is just a formality in terms of the result, but both teams would want to win the match nonetheless.

Harmanpreet Kaur, the captain and the player of the match said, "Happy to win the game and the series. It was not an easy track to bat on. The way we managed was good. We batted according to the plan. It is important to stay calm and read the situation better. I am happy we were able to execute our plans."

Shafali got off the Indians to a nice start, and Meghana scored 16 runs off Prabodhani's over. Harmanpreet and Mandhana tried to knit a partnership but two wickets fell in succession. Harmanpreet immediately started playing safe and responsibly as they had a target to chase.
