Australia is all set to host the biggest cricket tournament of the year as the 2022 T20 World Cup is all set to commence from the 16th of October. The opening match of the competition will witness Sri Lanka locking horns with Namibia at the Geelong Cricket Ground in Victoria.

In 23 T20Is, Markram has scored 722 runs, averaging 42.5 with the bat, at a strike rate of 152.6. 

2.Suryakumar Yadav 

Suryakumar Yadav is one of the most destructive batsmen out there in world cricket at the moment, and the Indian team thanks their stars that they have a batting beast within their ranks. Yadav is currently placed 3rd on ICC’s Men’s T20I batting rankings with a rating of 780. In 31 T20I matches for India, Yadav has scored a total of 926 runs for India, averaging 37.0 with the bat, at a strike rate of 174.7.

Mohammad Rizwan is undoubtedly the best T20I batsman stepping into the T20 World Cup this year. His number 1 position in ICC’s Men’s T20I speaks volumes about how lethal and unbelievable he is as a batsman. Rizwan is in splendid form for Pakistan, being the highest-run getter in the 2022 Asia Cup campaign. Since 2015, Rizwan has played a total of 66 T20I matches, collecting a staggering total of 2195 runs for Pakistan, averaging an excellent 53.5 with a strike rate of 128.6.
